Events Beyond Weddings
While Walnut Hall Estate primarily hosts weddings, we love being part of all kinds of celebrations and gatherings! Whether you're planning a baby shower, bridal shower, retirement party, birthday bash, or corporate event—we're happy to open our doors when we don’t have a wedding scheduled.
Weekday Events (Monday–Thursday)
Weekday events are available year-round and can be booked at any time.
Hourly Rate: $100/hour (2-hour minimum)
Setup & Cleanup: Must be completed within your rented time
Linens: $10 per tablecloth (optional add-on)
Bar Service: Required if alcohol is being served; $150 per bartender (1 per 100 guests). If alcohol is served, it must be provided and served through our bar.

Weekend Events (Friday–Sunday)
Weekend events can be booked within 4 months of your desired date to allow priority for wedding bookings.
Flat Rate: $1,250 (includes use of the reception hall from 9 AM–Midnight)
Setup & Cleanup: The time from 9 AM–Noon includes your setup time. You’re welcome to clean up during that window as well, or you may return Sunday morning at an agreed-upon time to finish cleanup.
Bartenders: Includes 1 bartender; if guest count exceeds 100, additional bartenders required at $150 each. If alcohol is served, it must be provided and served through our bar.
Linens: $10 per tablecloth (optional add-on)
